Great question! Once your order is dispatched our 3rd party courier service will be in contact via email or SMS to arrange a timed delivery slot for you. Once contact has been established your blinds will be delivered 1 - 2 working days after. Check your junk folder as sometimes the emails are misplaced. Sometimes emails can end up in your junk/spam folder, so please check there too.

You can also instruct the courier service to leave the blinds in a safe place for you. The courier service photograph the location and forward it to Make My Blinds as proof of delivery. Make My Blinds cannot accept any damage or stolen blind claims if the blinds are delivered in this way.

If there is a failed delivery, the delivery will be scheduled again for the following working day!
