I am missing part of my order, what should I do?

Is there something missing from your order? Or only received part of my order? Missing the second part of your order?

There maybe a couple of reasons why a blind is not delivered but none of them are anything to worry about and it is highly unlikely!

If a group of blinds are ordered to one address but the orders are placed individually or at different times they may not arrive together. Check your order summary and dispatch email to confirm when each blind is arriving.

Quite simply an order/package may just have been left on the couriers truck, this may occur in large orders. If this is the case the courier service will re-schedule a delivery for the next working day.
