Incorrect blind size - Photos we need to see

Being a handmade made to measure product, sometimes things do go wrong and the blind can be made to the wrong size. As we can't see the blind in person, we do rely on photos to help log a remake.

We know that this will have been frustrating so we only want you to have to take photos once. To make this process as simple as possible, please follow the guide below we have each type of blind, and examples of images we need to see from you. When taking photos, the more the merrier as there will be less chance of our team requiring more.

Wooden Blinds

1. A shot showing the length of the headrail.

This is from one side to the other. The image is clear and lets our quality control team see exactly what size the blind has been made to.

2. A close up of the tape measure.

If the blind is larger and you cant get it in one shot, please send us photos like below. The image below is of a valance, but this would also apply for wide wooden blinds.

These make it nice and clear what the total width is, so we can see on the first image that the tape spans the full width, then the 2nd shows a clear close up of the tape.

3. Incorrect drop

If you've installed the blind and find that it is the wrong length, again we will need images of this. Keep the blind installed and measure from the top of the headrail down the blind to your window sill.

Please send a couple of images, one from further away and one close up of the bottom of the tape measure.

Roller Blinds

For roller blinds we require the full width of the blind, unless otherwise requested. But again a photo showing the full blind width from a distance, with then a close up showing the end of the tape measure clear enough that we can read it.

Our team may need images of the total width or of just the fabric. Again, with these the more images the better as it will help us identify the issue early on and not have to request more.
