My delivery hasn't arrived, what should I do?

My order is missing and it has been over 10 working days

Firstly don't panic! In the unlikely event your order has not been delivered we've come up with a couple situations which maybe the reason why your package is not with you.

  • It may simply be that the order hasn't been dispatched. Have you got an email or text from our courier service with an order tracking number? Did they give you a delivery slot? This maybe in your junk folder. After dispatch the order will be with you 1 - 2 working days after.

  • There maybe a delay in manufacturing. We have a goal of 10 working days from order to blinds at your door. If you have not allowed for this time don't worry they'll be there soon.

If this doesn't help just drop us an email at with your order number as the subject and we can locate the blinds for you!
