What if I am out when the delivery comes?

If you are unavailable to take an order or have a safe place for the order to be left

Not to worry. The courier service will be in touch by email or via SMS to arrange a timed delivery slot for you. If you miss the delivery it will be re-scheduled for the next working day!

There is another option available, and that is to organise a safe place for the blinds to be left in the event you're out. You can do this by responding the the couriers SMS or email when a delivery slot is arranged. The courier service forward Make My Blinds a photograph of the package as proof of delivery. Unfortunately Make My Blinds cannot accept any stolen or damaged blind claims if delivered in this way.
